Well I didn't work out on friday due to time constraints but I have to stop making excuses. Tonight I did:
100 sit-ups/crunches
50 leg lifts
30 sec plank(I know only 30secs)
50 wall push ups
15-20 mins!

One month challenge
Ok I am doing my own weight loss challenge. Basically I will blog every day for two weeks o my exercises everyday. Now this is going to be a trip for me. I am wanting to work on my stomach area and arms. I will be doing cardio to achieve this goal. Including walking at work and a 20 mins work out in the mornings before work. So pray for me yall!
